Registration Cancellation Refund Policy:
A full refund minus a $10 administrative fee will be issued for registration cancellations May 1 through June 30. Registration cancellations occuring July 1 through July 15 will be refunded at 50% of registration fee. Refund requests after July 15 will not be honored without documentation of a new medical condition or extreme family hardship.
COVID-19 Cancellation Refund Policy:
If the fall season is cancelled or shortened due to increased COVID-19 presence in our community, refunds will be provided based on the following timeline:
- Season canceled on or before August 1, 2020 - Refund 80% of registration fees paid
- Season canceled on or before September 1, 2020 - Refund 50% of registration fees paid
- Season canceled on or before October 1, 2020 - Refund 30% of registration fees paid
- Season canceled after October 1, 2020 - No Refund
***Uniform purchases are not applicable for refunds after distribution at end of August***
